OUR PURPOSE

Each year Chi Omega Rho Sorority continues to advance our mission of awarding a scholarship to an incoming female freshman who has demonstrated leadership skills, involvement in her community, and excelled in her studies.  We are proud to have awarded 21 of these scholarships to date totaling close to $34,000 and we look forward to awarding another in the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.

For the last 10th Annual Golf Outing in 2018-2019, we were able to raise a total of $1,500 for the scholarship. Due to the pandemic, the last golf outing was unfortunately cancelled. Despite this postponement, Chi Omega Rho has rallied and raised over two years $3,400 in our 11th Annual Golf Outing which was given out to freshmen in the 2022-2023 school year. We couldn't be more excited to grant this scholarship to an inspiring young woman!

The goal of the Annual Chi Omega Rho Scholarship Golf Outing is to continue to make a difference in contributing to the success of young women at LTU. The sisters of Chi Omega Rho pride themselves in their dedication to empowering young women and preparing them for the realities of the business world. With the help of our many supporters, we will continue to ease the rising cost of college tuition for young women seeking technical degrees.
